The mountain is diverse and offers plenty of options with steep terrain, tons of lifts, and free shuttle drop-offs and pick-ups. There are 76 trails on 673 acres with a vertical rise of 3,267 ft. and an 11,212 ft. summit.
The mountain offers snowcat tours for access to the backcountry. The tours are awesome for expert ski and snowboarders and open a big world of wild terrain.
There are several bars and restaurants on the mountain and Aspen is a stones throw away. Snowmass condo rentals are popular as is Snowmass Village lodging.
